Dr. Clayton Miller is an Asst. Professor at the National University of Singapore in the School of Design and Environment. He is the Co-Leader of Theme D – Data Analytics at the UC Berkeley SinBerBEST2 Lab and Subtask 4 of the IEA Annex 79 Occupant-Centric Building Design and Operation. He holds a Doctor of Sciences (Dr. sc. ETH Zurich) from the ETH Zürich, an MSc. (Building) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and a BSc./Masters of Architectural Engineering (MAE) from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL). He is the former CTO of Optiras Pte. Ltd, a Singapore NRF-funded start-up, a former Fulbright Scholar to Singapore at NUS and a Walter Scott Jr. Scholar at UNL.

Stephen is SkyLab Group’s Chief Operating Officer and concurrently the Managing Director of its wholly owned subsidiary SkyLab Services, spearheading the growth of SkyLab’s enterprise-grade and mission-critical IoT edge computing solutions in the areas of smart cities, maritime and infrastructure after more than 20 years in city
planning, design and technology consultancy.
Prior to SkyLab, Stephen held leadership roles in international firms overseeing real estate development and large-scale urbanization projects in Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Currently based in Singapore, he is a member of several professional associations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honours Society.
Stephen holds a MBA (High Honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s and Honour’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Arts (Contemporary China) from the Nanyang Technological University.

Sam was formerly CEO of Intercorp, an accredited vendor under IMDA which pioneered the Biometric Authentication Systems for SIngapore’s construction project sites. Sam also initiated the FCWDS Project (FW Job Mobility Platform) with MOM, IMDA & SCAL. He is currently the founder of Aptiv8 Pte Ltd which was appointed by MOM to develop and co-own a mobile app for all foreign workers to communicate with MOM. Aptiv8 was awarded a Comprehensive Employment Agency License by MOM.
Sam also founded Aptiv8 IT Solutions Pte Ltd, a company that places focus on developing and providing Digitalisation Solutions for various industries. Specialising in Smart Construction and Smart Building Management Solutions, the company operates a unique Hybrid Building Information Modelling (BIM) Service Framework and BIM Common Data Environment platform. it also provides a comprehensive Project Management Information System (PMIS) with Digital Work Supervision System for the Built Environment sector in Asia Pacific.

Dr. Poh-Seng (PS) LEE is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Fellow of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). He currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director for Energy Studies Institute (ESI), Director for Singapore Energy Centre (SgEC), Director for Centre for Energy Research & Technology and Programme Director for Cooling Energy Science & Technology Singapore (CoolestSG) Consortium for which he works closely with research performers, government agencies and industry players across the entire value chain of energy ecosystem. Prof Lee have rich experience in strategic research planning, policy formulation & implementation and administration. He chaired/co-chaired and served in numerous committees at the national, faculty and department levels. Research wise, Prof Lee is among the top 3 researchers in the world in the area of microchannel heat transfer and his work is widely cited. He is
the recipient of numerous research and innovation awards including 2013 NUS Faculty of Engineering’s Young Faculty Research Award, 2011 Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) Prestigious Engineering Achievement Award, 2011 Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit Top 10 Defense Energy Technology Solutions Award and 2009 Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors Award (TKKYIA) – Defense Science.

His project focus includes water and wastewater treatment in both municipal and industrial applications (desalination, MBR, smart water system, residential water filters etc.) and Buildings (smart and green buildings, smart cities, prefabricated buildings, facilities management, homes and building energy management, etc).
